At Oak Farms, we know that we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support we get from our community. We do everything we can to give back to the community we know and love.
We proudly sponsor local school programming, assisting with a variety of education programs like reading and enrichment. We also support and donate both food and time to the Dallas, Houston and North Texas Food Banks.
Another cause that is important to us is supporting the local law enforcement agencies. In 1973, Harmon Schepps developed a program to donate money to anyone who provided information leading to the arrest and indictment of suspects wanted across Texas. To date, the dairy has offered over $1.5 million in rewards to people who have helped solve crimes.
Other organizations and charities we support are United Way, American Cancer Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Heart Association, Food for Families, End Hunger Network, Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, Ronald McDonald House, The Family Place, Salesmanship Club, Hope’s Door and the Latino Culture Center through the Oak Farms Dairy Performance Hall.
At Oak Farms, we do all that we’re able to make our community stronger and there is no greater reward than knowing we have the opportunity to make a difference.
